Public Service Media (PSM) has entered into a new partnership with My Q Study Expo Pvt Ltd to strengthen the professional development of its workforce. Formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the collaboration will provide PSM employees with greater access to specialised training programmes designed to enhance technical expertise and professional skills across the organisation.

The training initiatives will be delivered through the Maldives Media Institute (MMI), PSM’s dedicated training arm, and will cover a broad range of disciplines, including broadcasting, journalism, communication, public speaking and team building. The partnership reflects PSM’s continued commitment to investing in its people by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

By equipping employees with up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills, the initiative is expected to further strengthen PSM’s operational capabilities and support its mission of delivering high-quality public service broadcasting. The collaboration also reinforces the broadcaster’s focus on building a skilled and future-ready workforce capable of meeting the evolving demands of the media industry.
